The School
Salamanca is a small town and everything lies within walking distance: beautiful churches, streets with years of history and much more. Segovia, Burgos, Santiago de Compostela, León and of course, Madrid are all within easy reach. Salamanca houses the oldest university in Spain. From October to June hundreds of young Spaniards from all over Spain live in Salamanca. The very famous “Plaza Mayor” (Main Square) is the center of activity in the city with its restaurants, bars, shops. The climate is continental with chilly winters and sunny summers.
The school is well located in a pedestrian street two minutes away from the Plaza Mayor (main square). It is not even necessary to cross the street to get from the Plaza to the school. It is air-conditioned and well adapted for language teaching in small groups. It has 12 classrooms and a library/video room. It is small with a friendly atmosphere, where you soon get to know everyone.
All teachers at the school are college degree or college diploma holders. They make up a coordinated and enthusiastic team and many teachers have been with the school for many years. The director or coordinator organizes the groups and supervises each student’s progress. Each student will receive a Certificate and Diploma upon completion of the course.
