The School
Munich is known as the international city with a heart. This friendly city, situated in the foot of the Alps, has been able to preserve its unique charm, which is expressed through the typical lifestyle of its people: a mixture of tradition and receptiveness towards modern life.

Amongst the towering steeples of the countless Gothic and Baroque churches, which characterize the city centre, are found the modern business and shopping areas with their pedestrian precincts. Munich is also a cultural leader. Art lovers can find incomparable masterpieces ranging from the ancient world to contemporary times in over 50 museums as well as innumerous art collections and galleries. Seventy theaters, countless operas, concert and variety halls and cinemas offer entertainment of the highest degree.

Munich caters to all tastes: sport on the Olympic site or spectacular football matches, exhibitions in museums or galleries, theaters, cinemas and international film festivals, fashion, concerts ranging from classical music to techno, discos and much more is on offer In the summer, one can sit in a beer garden, swim in one of the many lakes in or around Munich or go on a day-trip to Schloß Neuschwanstein, the fairy tale castle of King Ludwig II. In the winter, when the city is covered in snow, people drink "Glühwein" at the Christkindl Market or go skiing in the nearby Alps.

In Munich both the Bavarian way of life and tradition remains well preserved. The inhabitants of Munich can find a reason to celebrate the whole year round, but the climax has to be the Octoberfest, the biggest beer festival in the world.

The school is situated in the heart of the city. It is very easy to get there by subway from any point in the city. Thanks to our highly qualified and experienced teachers, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the modern teaching facilities, the school has earned its reputation for quality courses.

In our many classrooms students from all over the world meet to learn German together. A student library is at the disposal of those who want to continue their studies after the lessons and the teachers are always available with tips and advice.
